Goa is a indian themed restaurant/bar/club that is truely stunning looking. On Saturdays, co-owner Michael Sutten hosts a night of celebs, starlets and "The Hills" alums. SPIN DOCTOR @ HIGHLANDS Level 4/Hollywood Highland Complex - Hollywood Highlands started a BRAND SPANKIN' NEW PROMOTION called Spin Doctors with world class DJ's in 4 different rooms on two levels : SPIN DOCTORS ! THE GREEN DOOR 1429 Ivar Ave - Hollywood It almost feels you are inside a old french antique furniture store when entering this newest Hollywood temple of crazyness. Of course a look at the crowd(that if you can get into the club) brings your back to reality. A-List Celebs, upscale crowd mingle and mesh with the once that got lucky and passed the Velvel Rope. VILLA 8623 Melrose Ave - Hollywood So many new places for celebs to frequent opend in the past couple of months. How do they have time to even shoot a movie now-a-days(or finish rehab for that fact) Villa is the new spot where Monroe's entertained the celebs in the past. Group of guys, don't even try(unless you get bottleservice) Girls, wear next to nothing and you might have a chance to enter(Make sure to check out the bed upstairs while there) CENTRAL 1710 N.Las Palmas - Hollywood Brand new Hollywood Spot(same location where Rockbar used to be) with a hip and fun crowd. Not the biggest place to party in the area, so the doorpeople are selective on who will gain entry and who has to stay out(Translation: Guys, bring a ton of girls with you) ELEVATE 811 Wilshire Blvd - Downtown L.A. Amazing looking place on the 21st floor in downtown L.A. Already discovered by the hip and swanky downtown crowd, so it could be hard to gain entry on a Saturday Night. Just get there early, doors open at 9pm OPERA 1650 N.Schrader Ave - Hollywood Yet another brand new upscale A-List Nightclub in the heart of Hollywood! With the same owner as Mood just down the street, you can expect a tough door. So guys bring some girls and girls, just dress as sexy as you can AREA 643 N.La Cienega - West Hollywood The vibe is relaxed inside, once you pass the frantic door! Some celebs aswell, that is if you care... LAX 1714 N.Las Palmas - Hollywood LAX is always fun, no, not the Airport(duh!,lol), this beautiful club in the heart of Hollywood that is! Always a fashionable sexy crowd. LAX might be not as "in" as it used to be, it's still a very happening place though SOCIAL HOLLYWOOD 6525 Sunset Blvd - Hollywood After a extensive remodel of the old Hollywood Athletic Club, Social Hollywood is now a mostly membership only and special events club and restaurant. It constists of a ballroom, disco, restaurant, private lounges(upstairs) and gambling rooms. You have to know someone to be invited or fork over some serious $$$ and make reservations for the restaurant(323-462-5222) NEXT DOOR AT 6523 Sunset Blvd - Hollywood you can find BOULEVARD 3, which is basically in the same complex as Social(but a seperate club) It's a beautiful restored ballroom, with a nice outside garden and a gigantic firepit. The crowd and music is mixed. No Cover, but there are long lines to gain entry 86 6533 Hollywood Blvd - Hollywood One of the newest places that popped up along Hollywood Blvd recently is "86" Not a full blown club, more a speak easy, cabaret, cool bar with nightly promotions you can't find anyplace else in Hollywood Saturdays is a vaudevillian night with exotic dancers that you sure you would not find at the local stripjoint Select @ Minx Glendale 300 Harvey Dr - Glendale Trendy nightlife outside of Hollywood? It's true! A sophisticated 4 star restaurant with famed chef Joseph Antonishek and a very trendy entertainment venue in the Glendale foothills. Minx offers a sexy dining room, plush lounge and an astonishing wraparound patio complete with VIP cabanas, waterfalls, indoor/outdoor dancing and striking mountain views. Saturdays is inspired by Hollywood promoter Raul Martinez, Groove Society and Social Network. Expect to see gorgeous couples and model type singles getting cherry picked outside. ESCAPE @ ROYAL CLAYTONS 1855 Industrial St - Los Angeles ESCAPE features DJs K-SiM and David Bullock spinning soulful house and rare grooves, setting the vibe for a sophisticated crowd that looks forward to hearing a change from the usual hip-hop and top 40 tunes. Mood is right on Hollywood Blvd, beautiful and sexy(I know that I use "sexy" a lot, but if you see this club, you will agree on "sexy, lol) RED @ CIRCUS 6655 Santa Monica Blvd - Hollywood RED, synonymous to the Los Angeles underground electronic dance scene will open its doors every Saturday night at the world famous Circus Disco in Hollywood Arena with rotating "REDsidents", Hendo, Kosho, Fei-Fei, Justin Michael, Brian McGuire and Robtronik. Opening its doors in the summer of 2000, RED blossomed to become the longest Friday night after-hours in Southern California by 2004. A great, unpretentious crowd, 2 Dancefloors spinnig Hip Hop and House, plus a huge, beautiful outside Patio which reminds me of a Miami South Beach Club! You will enjoy yourself! The club is catering to a mostly asian crowd on Saturdays now. AVALAND @ AVALON 1735 N.Vine Street - Hollywood Avaland, with support from Spundae brings you some of the biggest House/Teckno/Trance DJ's from all over the World to the heart of Hollywood! SHAG 1825 N.Cahuenga Blvd - Hollywood Hollywood hot spot were the old Concorde Nightclub used to be. Extensive remodeling turned the 60's decor in a more 1920's french burlesque like venue. Great crowd! FACADE (FORMERLY IVAR) 6356 Hollywood Blvd - Hollywood Cool looking club with some interesting VIP areas and a fun "Ally Mc Beal Style" unisex bathroom upstairs. The huge dancefloor is always busy with a fun crowd RITUAL 1743 Cahuenga Blvd - Hollywood New Hollywood nightclub where White Lotus used to be. FUBAR 7994 Santa Monica Blvd - West Hollywood This New York Style Bar with it's little dancefloor is a really cool West Hollywood spot, although on the downlow. On Saturdays there is a event to get your voyeuristic side out with a Peep Show, Go Go Dancers and Exhibistionists running around in the backroom (WHAT>!>!) Crowd is mostly unpretentious, mixed gay/str8 and Dj's spinning everything from Dance to Rock! CHOCOLATE BAR @ The Echo/Annex 1822 W.Sunset Blvd - Echo Park A long running Hip Hop Club with an underground feel invites people from all walks of life. This is how every club should be like, so, loose your attitude and enjoy!
